Ihr Lieben,
ein Kurztrip nach Münster liegt hinter mir. Uns, vielmehr. Die Beste Freundin von Allen war selbstredend mit dabei. Gestern ging's los, abends war Konzert im Skater's Palace, heute kleiner Stadtbummel durch Münster. Zwischendurch erhielt ich dann die Nachricht, dass "meine beiden Brillen" zur Abholung bereit wären. Ich konnte es ja kaum glauben. Und so mussten wir den Stadtbummel etws verkürzen und vorzeitig in Richtung Heimat und das Rhein-Ruhr-Zentrum in Mülheim fahren. Ergebnis: siehe unten.
Alles weitere - wie's beim Konzert war, wie's in Münster war - gibt's ein andermal.
Ich bin offen gesagt stehend k.o. Ich sag's Euch: alt werden ist nur was für Hartgesottene. Früher (ich gehöre jetzt zu der Generation, die ständig "früher" sagt) hätten wir so etwas mal eben zwischendurch erledigt. Heute bedeutet das: Mammutprogramm. Okay, ist vielleicht auch etwas übertrieben, aber Ihr wisst was ich meine.
Deshalb: Aus die Maus, ab auf die Couch! Bis morgen.
Exhausted but happy
You guys, we returned home from our short trip to Münster which included a concert yesterday and a little shopping spree this afternoon. But we had to cut that one short because I had received a message that - wait for it - BOTH ORDERS for new glasses were ready. Can you believe it? I almost couldn't, but not only received a call but also got an email.
And so we left Münster a tad bit earlier than planned and were headed into the home direction. Yes indeed, the new glasses were ready, for the result, scroll down.
But now I'm completely exhausted. Getting old is no fun, y'all. Back in the day (at my age people keep saying "back in the day") that trip would have been nothing to brag about. Now, at the end of day two, I'm Dead & Done.
And so: that's it for today. Off to the couch I am. See you tomorrow.
