Zauberhaftes Licht

Ihr Lieben, ich berichte Euch von einem gemütlichen Abend auf meiner Couch. Das Foto dieses ... ja, was ist es genau? Sagen wir, ein dekoratives Glas mit Teelicht.. war mehr ein Zufallsprodukt. Das Glas - bzw. derer zwei - stehen auf meinem Sideboard im Wohnzimmer. Ich dachte mir, das Zufallsfoto sieht hübsch aus. Deswegen teile ich es mit Euch, und hoffe, Ihr findet es auch ein wenig hübsch.
Senke ich den Blick etwas tiefer, fällt er auf einen Korb Bügelwäsche. Die „müsste ich jetzt mal langsam mit anfangen“ Gedanken schiebe ich erfolgreich zur Seite. Vielleicht weil ich weiß, der läuft nicht weg. Körbe mit Bügelwäsche laufen nie weg. Eigentlich blöd. Andererseits wäre dann mit ihnen auch die Wäsche weg. Auch nicht hilfreich. Es soll übrigens Leute geben, die "falten" ihre Wäsche weg. Leute also, die nicht bügeln. Es sind wahrscheinlich die gleichen Leute, die sagen "es soll Leute geben, die ihre Wäsche bügeln". Nun denn. Das Bügelthema ist fast schon einen Beitrag für sich wert. Aber nicht jetzt und hier und heute.
Ich werde Euch auch nicht vom gestrigen Konzert berichten, sondern Euch lieber mit dem Link zu Bericht und Fotos (alle von ihr gemacht!) versorgen. Beides hat die Beste Freundin von Allen heute in Fleißarbeit erstellt, entwickelt, bearbeitet und gepostet. Sie würde sich ganz sicher freuen, wenn Ihr es -> mit einem kurzen Besuch <- belohnt. Wer‘s mag, darf ihr (bzw dem Artikel und den Fotos auf unserer Seite) gerne einen Daumen hoch geben. Sie wird sich sehr freuen. Und wenn sie sich freut, freue ich mich auch. Währenddessen genieße ich noch ein wenig die geruhsame Zeit auf der Couch, eingewickelt in meine Kuscheldecke, mit meinem Kaffee, dem Hörbuch ... und dem zauberhaften Licht.
Enchanting Light
Dear Lovelies, I'm writing you on a quiet evening from the comfort of my couch. The Photo of the Day is a bit random today, but it's beautiful, isn't it? The... what is it ? ... deco glass with a tealight... is standing on my sideboard (buffet?) in my living room. Actually, there's two of them. Not living rooms but deco glasses.
If I look a tad bit deeper, I see a laundry basket. The "I need to iron this anytime soon" thoughts can be pushed aside successfully. One reason is, because I know that it won't go anywhere. Laundry never goes anywhere, that's the problem. Or is it? I wouldn't want my clothes to disappear, so I guess I just have to deal with it sooner or later. There are people out there who "fold" their laundry. These are people, who don't iron. A foreign concept to me. Not ironing, I mean. People who fold their laundry are also probaby those who say "there are people out there who iron their laundry". That's a whole other full blog post on its own though. But here and now is not the time for that.
Also, I've decided I won't tell you anything about yesterday's concert. The Best Friend of All was a very busy bee today and worked almost all day on writing a wonderful report, on developing and editing her awesome photos and she has uploaded everything to our Streetteam site earlier this evening. Do her a favor and -> have a look <-. If you like what you see/read (it's in German and English), you may want to give her (and our site) a thumbs up. She'd be happy. And if she's happy, I'm happy. So you make two people happy at the same time. Isn't that wonderful? Thank you.
Meanwhile I'll stay on my couch, cuddled up in my cosy soft warm blanket and enjoy my coffee and my audio book.... and the enchanting light.
